Requirements lost in translation
Business ideas and product designs lack a professional interpreter, so what gets built always falls short.
Apps, mini-programs, and management systems — delivered around your business
End-to-end delivery from requirements analysis to launch and operations: customer-facing apps and mini-programs, internal management systems, and product-grade engineering quality throughout.
The most common pain points in custom software development — and how we solve each one
Business ideas and product designs lack a professional interpreter, so what gets built always falls short.
Low-cost outsourcing leads to abandoned work, delays, and unmaintained code.
After delivery the team disappears, and even small changes take weeks.
Full delivery coverage across customer-facing and internal systems
From prototype to app store release
WeChat and Alipay, every scenario
Internal efficiency, visible and controlled
One team, start to finish
Start from your business goal, then choose the right platform
| Business goal | Common forms and scenarios |
|---|---|
| Customer acquisition & conversion | Mini-programs, apps, and H5 pages: online stores, appointment booking, membership, campaigns |
| Internal efficiency & management | Web back office and mobile approvals: scheduling, inventory, ticketing, data dashboards |
| System connection & integration | API integration and custom development: connect Yonyou ERP, e-commerce, and legacy systems |
These are common starting points; the actual plan follows a requirements assessment, with phased delivery starting from a single feature.
Every stage has verifiable deliverables — development starts only after the prototype is signed off
| Stage | Key activities | Stage deliverables |
|---|---|---|
| 01Requirements | Business interviews, scenario and priority mapping | Requirements list · Project assessment |
| 02Prototype & proposal | Interactive prototype, scope definition and quotation | Product prototype · Scope & quote proposal |
| 03UI design | Visual design and design guidelines | UI mockups · Design guidelines |
| 04Development & testing | Iterative development, test cases, multi-device checks | Weekly progress reports · Test reports |
| 05Launch & handover | Deployment, data migration, user training | Deployment docs · User manual · Acceptance form |
| 06Operations & iteration | Monitoring, defect fixes, feature iteration | Operations service reports |
Development starts only after the prototype and proposal are confirmed by you in writing, and every stage output is verifiable. Each project keeps a fixed team — PM, product design, and engineers — the same people from start to finish, with no subcontracting.
Product-grade engineering applied to custom projects — not just stacked features

Your digital assets stay yours
We are not a pure outsourcing shop — three self-developed products ship and iterate continuously, and custom projects run on the same product-grade standard
How we turned similar requirements into outcomes
Three months after launch, online bookings account for over half of all reservations — and missed-call losses are basically gone (sample data, unverified)
Booking mini-program for a service brand chain: online bookings passed half of the total within three months; missed-call losses near zero (sample figures pending verification)

Operations system for a 12-campus education chain: scheduling time down ~60%, class-hour billing fully automated (sample figures pending verification)

| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| Source code & IP | Full source code and documentation delivered; IP contractually yours, with a third-party open-source component list attached |
| Free warranty | Defect fixes free of charge during the warranty period (duration pending company confirmation) |
| Response channels | Weekday hotline and remote support, with critical issues prioritized (response times pending company confirmation) |
| Asset ownership | Domains, servers, and store accounts registered under your entity throughout — we implement, never hold assets on your behalf |
Milestone acceptance: the project moves to the next stage only after each stage deliverable is confirmed by you in writing — schedule, quality, and cost all on record.
Eight questions clients ask most about custom development
Three tests. Control: templates and SaaS keep the code and data rules with the vendor, a custom build keeps them with you. Long-term cost: SaaS bills annually and grows with usage, a custom build is one investment. Complexity: simple rules fit templates, personalized processes break them. We deliver both and will advise honestly for your business.
Because the deliverables differ: low quotes usually mean templates or subcontracted work, with non-extensible code and no source. The gap comes from scope, code quality, team composition, and after-sales coverage. Compare deliverables — source code? documentation? how long is the warranty? — not just the total price.
Under law, if the contract is silent, copyright defaults to the developer. Our practice is to write it down: the contract states that all deliverables (source code, documents, design files) belong to you, with a third-party open-source component list attached to avoid license risks.
Prototype first: our product manager interviews your team and produces a clickable interactive prototype. You confirm screens and rules visually before development starts. Most clients cannot describe "what they want" but recognize "what it looks like" — the prototype is the professional translation.
Three safeguards: the six-step method puts deliverables and written sign-offs at every stage, so progress is verifiable; the team is fixed with no subcontracting or layered outsourcing; milestone cadence plus weekly reports surface schedule risks early — not at the end.
Changes are assessed for effort first, then confirmed in writing for schedule and cost before execution — no surprise bills afterwards. The architecture is designed for extensibility, and frequently changed areas (such as campaign slots) are configuration-driven.
Defect fixes are free during the warranty period, with weekday hotline and remote support. An optional annual operations agreement covers periodic health checks, small iterations, and optimization advice — go-live is a beginning, not the end.
We have delivered for life services, chain education, retail, and manufacturing — see the cases below and the case library. With our ERP implementation and self-developed product background, cross-industry business understanding is a strength. Start from a same-industry case, then talk to us.
Tell us what you want to build — the business scenario, target users, and target launch date. We will reply with scope, prototype suggestions, and an initial quote; and if we are not the right fit, we will tell you why.
